This was the perfect Christmas gift for my husband his best friend just passed away and he really loves it. It was packaged really well! The owner even emailed me to make sure I read the instructions fully to keep the ashes safe. She even hand wrote a thank you in the package. The only thing negative I have to say is the chain was very small but I can always get a new one.
