    Slight issue rectified right away

    I ordered the 'No longer by my side piece' and paid for one line of engraving. When it arrived (which was quite timely) and the piece was not engraved, I contacted Sarah and Essie and a replacement was sent out to me 2nd day air at no charge and I didn't have to return the other piece. This speaks to great customer service.
